As expected, an in-game event has kicked off Season 3 in Warzone.

You were able to play the event from 3pm ET/8pm BST on April 21, but the second part is at the same time on April 22.

Players are currently in Rebirth Island, which has changed slightly, but the second part of the event will likely take everyone to the new map.

Keep checking in with us for more on the second part of The Destruction of Verdansk.

1980s Verdansk New Map

The second part of the Nuke Event should usher in the new map. We don't know much official, other than that "map updates" are coming, but various rumours have suggested that 1980s Verdansk is what we're getting.

It seems like the map will have the same structure as the original map, but will include new POIs, such as Bridge, that will replace existing locations.

Below, you can see what is an alleged leak of the new map overview.

New Operators

Various new Operators are also coming to Warzone in Season 3. They are:

  • Wraith: Warsaw Pact
  • Knight: Warsaw Pact
  • Antonov: Warsaw Pact - later in the season

There is also a 1980s version of Captain Price, which will now be available in Black Ops Cold War, as well as Warzone.

On top of altering many of the weapons, various bug fixes have also been enacted.

  • Ballistic Knife: Melee
  • CARV.2: Tactical Rifle (later in the season)

A new battle pass will also be released. While we know that some of the new weapons will be included, as well as some skins for the new Operators, we don't know what else.
