The PS Plus service is an incredible feature to those who like to get stuck into a variety of games.
Subscribers are able to access a range of free games each month, from a range of different genres.
But as good as PS Plus is, we think this change could make it even better!
PS Plus January 2021
As we see out what has been a pretty shoddy year, we're looking to Sony to get 2021 off with a bang.
We've already hit you guys with our predictions for the next month, here's a quick reminder.
- JETT: The Far Shore - PS5
- The Crew 2
- Soul Calibur VI

PS Plus Collection
Here is where we'd like to see change.
The PS Plus Collection was announced back in October, and was released alongside the PS5 as a new curated series of PS4 games that would be available to PS5 users in the form of a digital download.
It was essentially Sony's response to the Xbox Game Pass, albeit in a slightly different format, however, we feel that the PS Plus Collection still has so much more to give!
More Titles!
Unlike the Xbox Game Pass, all the games that you see on the PS Plus Collection will remain there for as long as the service remains standing.
However, whilst there are plenty of top tier titles in the mix - the likes of Mortal Kombat X, Until Dawn & Ratchet & Clank to name but a few - there just isn't enough of them!
There are over 500 games in the Xbox Game Pass collection, as opposed to under 30 in the PS Plus Collection.
PS5 Benefits
As we've already mentioned, the PS Plus Collection was launched on the same day as the PS5 itself, but it just hasn't taken off as many had hoped.
The service is one of the many key reasons to buy the PS5, and it needs to be advertised as such.
