Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is being remade by Ubisoft and we can't wait for it!

Latest News - Nintendo Switch Port
Despite not originally being announced, it appears that the game may be getting a Nintendo Switch port.
On Ubisoft's store page for the game the Switch is listed as one of the platforms.
It also seems that the Switch version will be releasing alongside the other platforms.
Quite often the Switch version releases later, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
Next Gen Versions
On the same store page for the game, both the PS5 and Xbox Series X are mentioned.
The listing states:
"Purchase Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake on PlayStation®4 or Xbox One and upgrade your game to the next-gen version (PlayStation®5 or Xbox Series X) at no additional cost."
There is no news on a release date for the next gen versions however, but based on this it seems they won't be released alongside the other versions.
Release Date
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was originally slated for a January 2021 release.
Ubisoft have confirmed that the release date will now be Thursday, 18 March, giving them time to finish the game properly.
In such a unique year, delays like this have almost become expected.

Ubisoft released an official reveal trailer back in September 2020.
Platforms
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake will be launching on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via both the Ubisoft Store and Epic Games Store.
It doesn't appear that the game will be launching on Steam, however it may in the future.
But, the original The Sands of Time can be purchased on Steam for 80% off until January 5th in the Steam Winter Sale.
