Overwatch 2 Season 2 newest trailer has announced some great new content including a new game mode.
Titled Battle for Olympus, not too much is known about this new game mode set in Illios.

Overwatch 2 Season 2 Battle for Olympus Details
From watching the trailer, it looks as if this game mode will be set in Illios.
Of course, as most of the content in this battle pass is Grecian, it only makes sense to house the new mode there.
There hasn't been much other official information to report about what the game mode may be like.
However, there has been a word in a blog post released alongside the trailer which said there are clues for this.

Release Date
Despite season 2 of Overwatch 2 launching on December 6 2022.
The Battle for Olympus game mode will be available from January 5 until January 19 2022.
Maybe Blizzard is using this as an event buffer between Winter Wonderland and the Lunar New Year.
That's two weeks to play this limited-time mode and embrace the god inside you.
So, for now, there isn't too much out there for fans to speculate about this new event, Battle for Olympus.
