Everybody loves a good deal, and Nintendo have plenty in their New Year sale.
In fact, some system sellers are some of the lowest price we've ever seen them.
Nintendo New Year Sale
To celebrate the New Year, Nintendo have reduced the prices of many games, with some of them up to 90% off.
These range from huge system seller titles from the likes of Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, to third party smash hits such as Skyrim, to much smaller Indie games.
End Date
The New Year sale is live until January 10th, giving players a few more days to spend their Christmas money and snag those last minute deals.

Super Mario Odyssey - £33.29
Super Mario is synonymous with Nintendo and is a staple of every Nintendo console for the last 35 years.
Released in 2017, Super Mario Odyssey is the latest entry in the Super Mario series, giving players the chance to control the worlds favourite plumber again as he tries to take down Bowser and save Princess Peach.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - £33.29
When Mario isn't defeating Bowser in his castle, he's racing him instead.
Mario Kart 8 was originally released for the Wii U in 2014, its a shame no-one bought the console though.
Since no-one bought it, Nintendo ported it to the Nintendo Switch and it has since become a system seller for the hybrid console.
As of September 30th 2020, 29 million copies of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe had been sold along with 68.3 million Nintendo Switch consoles.
Meaning 42% of all Nintendo Switch owners own this game.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - £24.99
If you haven't played Skyrim at least once since its release in the last 10 years, where have you been?
Skyrim is one of the biggest games of the last decade and has been ported to virtually every system that has come along since.
But now it can be played on the go with the Nintendo Switch port.
Mortal Kombat 11 - £15.99
Handheld gaming has come a long way since those rather naff Game Boy ports of Mortal Kombat back in the early 90s.
Now players can jump into the latest entry in the series wherever they are.
The game features a story mode which sees history rewrote as Raiden and friends fight to stop Kronika from changing the fate of the universe forever.
A really fun entry in the series and one we highly recommend.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition - £34.99

While the developers are facing some controversy at the minute surrounding the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3 shows how good CD Projekt Red can be, as well as a glimpse at what could come of Cyberpunk once the kinks are ironed out.
LEGO MARVEL Super Heroes 2 - £14.99
LEGO games are always a fun playthrough.
While they largely follow the same format, that isn't necessarily a bad thing.
The LEGO series has seen many movie franchises come to life, from Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and many Marvel franchises.
BioShock: The Collection - £23.99
The Bioshock franchise is without a doubt one of the best series' of all time.
If you haven't played it yet, you owe it to yourself to do so.
And there's no better time to start than right now with Bioshock: The Collection.
The Outer Worlds - £24.99
Obsidian's brand new IP, The Outer Worlds, plays like a blend of Fallout and Knights of the Old Republic, which makes sense because they developed games for both of those franchises.
If you like either of those games then there's a good chance you'll enjoy this one too.
Burnout Paradise Remastered - £22.49
Burnout Paradise is an underrated racing game.
While it received praise upon release, its become a game that has largely been forgotten about, despite it being ported to many different platforms and is often seen in sales.
The Burnout series deserves more people talking about it, check this game out.
L.A. Noire - £22.49
Another game that should be far more than it is.
L.A. Noire was Rockstar's take on putting the shoe on the other foot.
After spending many years as the criminal, now we get to play as the cop.
Controlling a detective, players have to solve various crimes and figure out who the perpetrator is.
While its not exactly GTA: Police Edition, it plays fairly similar to a GTA game and its a shame we never got a sequel because I love this game.
LEGO The Incredibles - £14.99
Another entry in the LEGO series, this time focusing on The Incredibles.
If you've played a LEGO game you know exactly what to expect, as well as how much fun you'll have.
Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee - £8.99
Originally released back in 2001 on the original Xbox, Munch's Odyssey was the first game in the series to use 3D, after the first two entries were 2D.
Munch's Odyssey sees Munch and Abe try to stop the Glukkons making caviar out of Gambits.
A fun, slightly dark, and humorous game, its remembered fondly by fans.
So if you played the recent New N Tasty and are looking for something to play while you wait for Soulstorm, this could be the game you're looking for.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus - £24.99
Wolfenstein is a series that is talked about alongside DOOM, but is actually many years older than the popular FPS series.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is the second main entry in the Wolfenstein reboot and sees the usual high action and gory gameplay return.
ID Software know their place in the gaming industry and what they do they do incredibly well.
WWE 2K Battlegrounds - £20.99
WWE 2K Battlegrounds was released to buy 2K some time after the shambles that was WWE 2K20.
An over the top arcade style game, much like the previous WWE All-Stars, players can control a variety of current WWE Superstars, as well as legends from the past.
Players are able to fight as current Superstars such as AJ Styles, Becky Lynch, Bray Wyatt, Kofi Kingston, and Roman Reigns.
As well as legends that include Ric Flair, The Rock, The Undertaker Sting, Shawn Michaels, Randy Savage and many more.
This game is more Tekken than your traditional wrestling sim, its over the top and fast paced and a lot of fun.
