Netflix is to discontinue its service on certain Nintendo consoles later this year.
Steps have already been made ahead to remove the app from the consoles, find out more below.
Which consoles are affected?
Netflix will be removed from Nintendo 3DS and Wii U on Wednesday, 30 June.
If you have the app downloaded already, you can still use it up until that date according to Nintendo's support site.
However, the app is now unavailable to download on 3DS and Wii U.
Nintendo Switch
Netflix remains unavailable on Nintendo Switch, for now at least.
However, there are plans of a Sonic animated series in 2022.
Could this see Netflix become available on Nintendo before that arrives?
Sonic will add to the range of games-turned-tv shows, with the likes of The Witcher already proving popular on Netflix.
