Best M4 Loadout in MW2
If you're not yet up to speed with the new gunsmith, check out our guide here. Receivers are a new feature to streamline the process of unlocking attachments, and only 5 attachments are allowed.
For your M4, all 5 attachments count, so here's what to take:
- Barrel - Empus Hightower 20" BARF
- Muzzle - Forge-Tac Castle Comp
- Underbarrel - Lockgrip Precision 40
- Rear Grip - Phantom Grip
- Stock - Demo Precision Elite Factory
One thing to note is that with the new system of unlocking attachments, you may have to level up other guns. The foregrip for example, will require you levelling up the Lachmann.
M4 best Perks and Equipment
If you want to make the M4 work properly in Modern Warfare 2, you'll also need to kit yourself out with the proper perks and equipment:
- Basic Perk 1: Overkill
- Basic Perk 2: Scavenger
- Bonus Perk: Fast Hands or Quickfix
- Ultimate Perk: Ghost
- Secondary: Expedite 12
- Tactical: Stun Grenade
- Lethal: Proximity Mine
- Field Upgrade: Munitions Box
This will give you a good mix of survivability and longevity, so you can keep an area locked down for your team.
