Minecraft 1.20 Armor Trims
Armor has been a key feature of Minecraft for years now, keeping you safe from the wide variety of mobs and such that are out to get you. Now though, it's becoming not just a life-saving tool, but a fashion statement too.
The new Armor Trims will come in 11 different patterns that you can dye in 10 different colours. The patterns will be available to collect from all dimensions of the Minecraft world, and many will be styled as such, but more on that later.
This will likely be a breath of fresh air for both casual and devoted players, as chances are your best armor will be with you for most of your game. Now you'll be able to express your style while still being protected from anything the Minecraft world can throw at you.

How to use Armor Trims
To trim your armor, you need to hunt down a smithing template - a new required ingredient for making upgrades at the smithing table. These can be found all over your world in every dimension, and the design of many will reference their location.
Craft your trims on the smithing table, and then dye them using gems and ingots like diamonds, copper, and netherite. Every piece of your armor will be able to be customised, from your head to your toes, so you'll be able to look your very best in your Minecraft world.
