Brand-new Broken Covenant skin line arrives with LoL 13.5
To go with a relatively small LoL 13.5 update, Riot Games has decided to introduce one of the most unique skin lines to date—Broken Covenant.
Unlike any other skins seen before in League of Legends, the Broken Covenant line is completely unique, in its theming, taking after churches in the Middle Ages, reflecting real life, myths, and legends upon each of the skins.
Broken Covenant 2023
Taking inspiration from gothic designs from Churches in the Middle Ages, champions such as Riven, Xayah, Rakan, Nocturne, Vladimir, Cho'Gath, and Miss Fortune—who has her own Prestige Edition as well—will take on an entirely new theming in League of Legends.
Separated into two colors, red and white, each champion will be doused in their own unique visual tints, bringing on a gothic and fantasy vibe to the game. Additionally, through the skins' unique animations, broken glass can be seen, presumably from the same gothic Church theming.
When it comes to pricing, the skins for Xayah, Rakan, Nocturne, Vladimir, Cho'Gath, and Miss Fortune will all sit at 1350 RP while Riven's is priced at 1820 RP. Miss Fortune's Prestige Edition skin will cost ME or event tokens.
