Although LoL 12.23 was scheduled to be League of Legends' last update of the year, the developers at Riot Games decided to give one final nod before the holidays with LoL 12.23b

This mid-patch update mainly deals with tanks in the jungle, items such as the recently added Jak'Sho, numerous champion nerfs, and even some Lux buffs.
