LEC is back baby! And the location for the semi-final and grand final have been announced. Europe's best teams will fight in League of Legends for their place at Worlds in Malmö, Sweden September 10-11 2022.
With a live audience in tow, the huge venue will bring fans from around the world to participate in one of the biggest esports events around. Since Covid-19 there haven't been too many live shows, the last one was in Athens in 2019, so this will be a breath of fresh air.

Event details for LEC Summer Split 2022
Maximilian Schmidt stated that
"After three years without an LEC roadshow, we’re thrilled to announce that the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) Summer Finals will take place at Malmö Arena in Malmö, Sweden from September 10-11."
The final two sections of the LEC will be held in Sweden with an arena that can hold up to 20,000 League of Legends fans. Taking place on September 10-11, the last half of the year is looking to be exciting for esports fans.
How to attend
With a live audience in place for the first time in three years, fans are going crazy whilst waiting to buy tickets.
Riot announced that tickets can be brought directly from the Malmö website. These will be available for purchase on July 1 during RDYCHCK. With a stadium large enough to fit 20,000 people, the LEC finals are gonna be loud.
Tickets will be gone instantly, so get yourself ready on July 1 to see the strongest teams play in Sweden. As is usual, the event will also be streamed onto the official Twitch of the LEC.
