League of Legends K'Sante will soon be released and his lore brings better representation to the game.
The developer team at Riot Games have noticed that the lack of representation of minority identities is slacking.
Although there are some homosexual identities, the disparity between heterosexuals and the LGBTQIA+ community is large.
His lore focuses on how pride can tear apart relationships and cause danger if taken to the extreme.
So, let's take a look at K'Sante's lore and how it helped the design team create his personality.

Nazumah
Nazumah is the melting pot of refugees with people from many religions, races, ages and genders living there.
A safe haven away from conflict, the people still need to be protected from the threats outside.
As the only water source for miles, they protect themselves from baccai, sand leviathans and more.
K'Sante is the leader of his group of monster hunters who keep Nazumah safe from predators.
So, his pride is reflected in his proud clothes inspired by the beautiful town of Nazumah.
K'Sante and Tope
K'Sante has made scenes for the LGBTQIA+ community as he has been confirmed as a gay man from release.
His identity was formed as he fell in love with a fellow monster hunter named Tope.
Despite their relationship seeming solid as they fought danger together, K'Sante's pride got in the way.
Pride is a powerful emotion which hurt the people that K'Sante loves the most.
When fighting a cobra lion, Tope urged K'Sante to take a break and think things through. However, the hot head that K'Sante is, he did not listen.
This led to many arguments and ultimately the demise of their relationship.
