Season of the Seraph's release signifies Destiny 2's second Exotic Quest of the year—The Hidden Shape. And players have been wondering how to start it.
Throughout the years, Destiny 2 players have been graced with Exotic Quests such as Zero Hour and The Whisper, narratives build entirely separate from the game's story at the time.
However, later on, Bungie decided to change up how Exotic Missions work, making them directly linked directly linked to the current's season seasonal quest. These quests were fairly straightforward to find, they were just time-grated to a specific weekly reset of the season.

How to start The Hidden Shape Exotic Quest in Destiny 2
In order to start the Hidden Shape Exotic Quest in Destiny 2, Guardians will first have to progress through the main seasonal quest, "More Than A Weapon" as The Hidden Shape quest appears two to three weeks later.
Once the third week arrives—and players have completed enough steps in the More Than A Weapon Quest—players can expect The Hidden Shape quest to be given out by Elsie Bray over the the holoprojector in the H.E.L.M.
Players will then have to complete Heist Battlegrounds with at least 500 Seraph Key Code in their inventory, upon finishing the run, players will have to use those Seraph Key Codes to purchase the Seraph Chest. Once that's all said and done, players can return back to the H.E.L.M and talk to Elsie Bray once again, who will task players on access the launch station that can take them to Seraph Station.
The Hidden Shape Exotic Quest in Destiny 2 has players inflitrate an orbital platform, the Seraph Station, located in Earth's orbit under the supevision of Elsie and Ana Bray, with the mail goal of stopping House Salvation and Xivu Arath from calming control of Raputin's Warsat network.
Completing the quest doesn't just give players prestige and progress them forward in the game's and the season's story but it also awards them with a new exotic Pulse Rifle, Revision Zero. This weapon is the first of its kind as its the first Exotic in Destiny 2 to feature multiple Catalysts.
