How to change your Crosshair in Overwatch 2
In Overwatch 2, much like the base Overwatch game, crosshairs are highly customizable. From changing its color and shape to setting up a crosshair for each individual hero, there is a myriad of options.
Here are the steps to changing your crosshair in Overwatch 2.:
- Click Menu on Console or press Escape on PC
- Select "Controls" then go to "General"
- Under General Visit "Reticle"
- Under the "Type" drop-down, you will have several options:
- Default, Circle, Crosshairs, Circle and Crosshairs, or Dot
Past that, you'll get more advanced settings or "Advanced Reticle Settings." These settings will allow you to customize the following:
- Show Accuracy
- Color
- Thickness
- Crosshair Length
- Center Gap
- Outline Opacity
- Dot Size
- Dot Opacity
- Scale with Resolution
As mentioned before, players can customize their crosshairs completely to their liking. There are a variety of options players can choose from, and they all can be implemented on an individual hero basis.
To change your crosshair for individual heroes, follow these steps.
- Click Menu on Console or press Escape on PC
- Select "Controls" then go to "General"
- Under General Visit "Reticle"
- On the right-hand side of the screen, select the Change Hero orange box under the "All Heroes" portrait box
- From there, select the Hero whose crosshair you'd like to customize
