Overwatch 2 ranks

Inherently a competitive game to many, Overwatch 2 has a dedicated Competitive Mode, each with its own set of ranks.

This mode is the defacto way for players to test their mettle against each other, not only participating in high-octane, often stressful, gameplay but also giving players something to work towards, a goal in mind, a rank.

For Overwatch 2, the developers over at Blizzard Entertainment decided to change how ranks work. Measured by SR in the first iteration of Overwatch, it's now been replaced by Skill Tier Divisions in its sequel. The change was made to have players be more aware of what rank they sit at alongside making sure that it correctly and accurately represented their skill level.

There are tons of ranks to climb in Overwatch 2, that's why we've jotted them down in order.
