Genshin Impact 2.3 newest event is Misty Dungeon: Realm of Light, a combat challenge where players have to defeat mobs in time trials based on Elemental Reactions.
In Misty Dungeon, players will create different teams from a pool of Trial characters. The perfect opportunity to collect juicy rewards and try those characters you wish to get.

Genshin Impact 2.3 event: Misty Dungeon: Realm of Light starts on December 17, 2021, and ends on December 27, 2021.
Requirements
Misty Dungeon event is available for veterans and new players. To be eligible to participate, travelers require:
- Adventure Rank 20 or above
Misty Dungeon: Realm of Light
Genshin Impact 2.3 combat challenge is a returning event. The Misty Dungeon was initially released on version 1.5.
The event takes players to a particular dungeon, where they have to battle enemies and complete challenges in 7 different trials based on Elemental Reaction.
Misty Dungeon 2.3 Trials
These are the 7 trials for the Misty Dungeon: Realm of Light event:
- Thundershock
- Freezing
- Windswept
- Desirous
- Amplifying
- Transformative
- Lightbringer
Players need to bring their team to a Foggy Dungeon in every Trial and beat different timed challenges. The objective of each test is to activate three Ancient Runes that will open up the barrier to the Final Challenge location.
In a similar fashion to the Spyral Abyss, every Trial has a particular Ley Line Disorder that will boost certain Elements or Reactions.
Misty Dungeon Character Trial
Besides rich rewards, the most considerable appeal of Misty Dungeon is the opportunity to try characters that are not part of your roster.
Each Trial will provide two 5-star characters and the best supports to trigger their particular elemental reaction.
These are essential things to keep in mind.
- All characters have their talents in level 8
- It is an opportunity to try characters with recommended artifacts set.
- In the case of the 5-star characters, they use their signature weapon. The 4-star characters wield the Favonius series.
- Trial characters have Constellation 0 unless you own a higher constellation.
- There is no Elemental Resonance in the Misty Dungeon.
Thundershock
