4.6 banners
Arlecchino, Fourth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, is set to receive a banner in Phase 1 of Version 4.6.
Although brief, Arlecchino's chilling appearances in the Fontaine Archon Quest only heightened the community's anticipation for her banner debut. A looming threat that permeates the narrative, Arlecchino's first banner is sure to shake the stage!
Arlecchino's kit was revealed in full recently, revealing that she is a 5-star Pyro Polearm user who thrives as an on-field DPS. Unlike other characters, she doesn't rely on traditional healing methods. Instead, Arlecchino utilises a unique mechanic called Bond of Life (BoL) to fuel her immense damage output.
Arlecchino will be the only new 5-star character in Version 4.6, setting the stage for exciting rerun banners featuring her disciple, Lyney, in Phase 1, and the ex-Harbinger, Wanderer, and owner of Bubu Pharmacy, Baizhu, in Phase 2.
To sum up, here are the Version 4.6 character banners in each phase:
Phase 1 (5-stars):
- Arlecchino
- Lyney
Phase 2 (5-stars):
- Wanderer
- Baizhu
4.6 new weapon
Version 4.5 will introduce a brand-new 5-star Polearm called Crimson Moon's Semblance. This Sword is Arlecchino's signature weapon, and comes with a Crit Rate bonus!
4.6 new Story Quests
In the upcoming update, players will have the chance to learn more about the new playable character Arlecchino, alongside a long-awaited return to Sumeru with Cyno!

- Cyno Story Quest (Lupus Aureus Chapter: Act 2)
4.6 new bosses
A World Boss and a Weekly Boss will make their debut in the Version 4.6 update! Arlecchino will require their drops for Ascension.
- The Knave (Weekly Boss)
- Statue of Marble and Brass (World Boss)
4.6 flagship event: "Iridescent Arataki Rockin’ For Life Tour De Force of Awesomeness"
A new style of rock and roll is getting popular in Inazuma! Version 4.6 brings the "Iridescent Arataki Rockin' for Life Tour: De Force of Awesomeness," a one-of-a-kind music festival orchestrated by the one and only Arataki Itto! This flagship event offers a chance to snag a brand new musical instrument, the Nightwind Horn, and a free 4-star Geo character, Gorou, alongside a treasure trove of other rewards.
To prepare for the festival, there will be three event minigames for players to complete:
1. Xtreme Carnival Ensemble
Practice getting into the groove of the music festival with this rhythm game, featuring tracks from Genshin Impact’s renowned soundtrack! Choose from four difficulty levels, and as always, by completing a higher-difficulty challenge, you can claim all the rewards for each difficulty tier below it.
2. Trillion Trinket Trawl
A rockin’ music festival calls for a rockin’ venue! Find and collect various items across Teyvat, like Starconches and Sango Pearls, to help spruce up and decorate the venue!
3. Meeting of Melodies
Can’t have a party without adoring fans! You'll be in charge of seeking out music lovers to join in on the fun. Listen to melodies sung by various characters and restore missing notes in this unique mini-game.
4.6 other events
Along with the exciting character banners and flagship event minigames, there will be three other events for players to enjoy and collect valuable rewards from in Version 4.6!
1. Windtrace: Seekers and Strategy
Windtrace is back, with several new twists! Just like before, players will be playing hide-and-seek as Rebels and Hunters. But now, upon being captured for the first time, you'll be sent to a "surveillance zone" where you can wait out a 20-second timer or be freed by a teammate. A second capture eliminates you from the match entirely. But that’s not all! Rebels must now repair four signalling devices scattered across the map to secure victory, raising the stakes. Be wary, these devices emit a light visible to nearby players, revealing your location!
2. Specially-Shaped Saurian Search
This unique combat event tasks you with helping a chef from Natlan in researching various World Bosses. Choose from three difficulty levels and, most notably, utilise a selection of active and long-term negotiation strategies to gain an edge in battle. Deactivating these strategies increases the challenge, allowing you to test your combat prowess. Tailor your strategy to your strengths and dominate the battlefield!
3. Vibro-Crystal Applications
Connect different vibrating crystals for different buffs during this rerun combat event! Two teams are required for each battle. Before each battle, you'll need to strategically plan "Vibro-Crystal Harmonic plans" for each team. This involves pairing Transmitter Crystals (trigger conditions) with Receiver Crystals (resulting buffs) to create custom strategies. Every triggered "Harmonic event" earns you a Harmonic Point. Remember to choose characters and buffs that work best together for ultimate success!
On top of that, there will also be an Overflowing Mastery event rerun that players can look forward to!
4.6 new map expansion
Version 4.6 will introduce a large area that bridges the large gap between Fontaine, Sumeru, and Liyue.
Players can set sail for Bayda Harbor, nestled northwest of Sumeru's rainforest, or venture to the small island of Petrichor. Beneath Petrichor's surface lies the Faded Castle, a mysterious structure shrouded in the depths of the “Sea of Yore”. This vast underwater region holds the secrets of a bygone era. Dive deep and explore the ruins of an ancient city, Remuria.
In Reumria. players can expect to decipher music-based mechanics while being guided by a feline friend, and may even find a slumbering protector, standing guard in a recess of the castle. Defeating this statue made of marble and brass will grant you the coveted Fragment of a Golden Memory, crucial for leveling up the new 5-star character, Arlecchino.
Led by the God King Remus, Remuria thrived as the civilisation that preceded the Hydro Archon Egeria. However, Remus' attempt to save his people from a prophesied doom by sharing his godly power with human governors backfired, leading to Remuria's sudden destruction and its eventual sinking into the Abyss, swallowing everything and everyone within.
