All the Biggest Announcements from the Future Games Show E3 2021

Day 2 of E3 has been absolutely massive, but if all the latest from the likes of Xbox and Bethesda wasn't enough for you, there was still the Future Games Show to look forward to!

Presented by GamesRadar, the Future Games Show at this years E3 was full of indie and console games, with quite a few surprises involved.

Let's take a look at the biggest trailers that were shown during the Future Games Show at E3 2021!

Instinction

The spiritual successor to Dino Crisis, Instinction, opened the show with some gameplay.

Does the combination of Resident Evil sensibilities and horrific dinosaurs appeal to you? If so, then this is a game to watch.

You can expect to play this one at some point in 2022.

Jurassic World Evolution 2

If you hadn't already had your fill of prehistoric monstrosities, then you're in luck! We were also treated to a preview of the upcoming Jurrasic World Evolution 2 during The Future Games Show's E3 presentation.

This one is due out this year, although we don't as yet have a confirmed release date.

Hell Let Loose

Hell Let Loose has been available in Early Access on PC for a good while now, and it has received generally positive reviews. A 100 player WW2 shooter, Hell Let Loose would appeal to fans of the Battlefield series.

Hell Let Loose comes out of Early Access on July 27 for PC, and is due for a console launch later this year.

Red Solstice 2: Survivors

Red Solstice 2: Survivors is a hard game to pitch. Imagine a strategy game like XCOM, mixed with the visceral nature of Gears of War: Tactics. Oh, and it feature's eight-player coop.

This one is coming to PC on July 17.

Lake

Lake is a calm and quaint adventure game, in which a woman leaves their busy city life in order to work as a postal worker in a gorgeous lakeside town.

If you were looking for something a little more laidback, then Lake might be your cup of tea.

Lake will be available September 1, on Xbox and PC.

Eldest Souls

Eldest Souls is a boss-rush Soulslike, presented in glorious 2D. While not exactly the most original concept, Eldest Souls is interesting enough to appeal to fans of the genre.

Enlisted

Enlisted is another WW2 shooter, but it is a bit more action-oriented than Hell Let Loose, although both strive for realism. Its worth checking out, and has garnered a large audience on Steam.

Enlisted is cross-platform, and available now on PC and next-gen consoles.

Severed Steel

Severed Steel is a bullet-time FPS with a focus on racking up high scores with killer combos. Imagine BulletStorm, but faster.

No firm release date on this one yet, just a "coming soon"

Sonic Colours Ultimate

Sonic Colours Ultimate was shown off and is the mix of 2D and 3D gameplay that modern Sonic. Its colourful, fast and will appeal to fans of high-speed platformers.

Sonic Colours Ultimate dashes onto the scene, September 7.

Project Ferocious

For those keeping score, Project Ferocious is the third dinosaur-themed FPS to feature in this showcase! Still, it was made by a lone developer and is quite impressive in its visuals.

This one is further out, expect to see this one sometime in 2023.

Warcry Challenges

A fast-paced mix between shooter and platformer, Warcry Challenges wears its Doom influence on its sleeve. Looks like a lot of fun, and its meant to release really soon.

We don't have a confirmed date on this one, but Warcry Challenges is due out this Summer period.
