The server downtime is now over and Fortnite Update 18.20 is live so we're keen to see what it plans to add to the game now that the spookiness of Fortnitemares is in full swing.
One big change was the increase to XP earned to NPC punchcards. While previous punchcards were not changed, all future ones will dish out 30,000 XP per quest. This is a vast improvement on the original offering which saw XP increase by 2,000 per quest to a maximum of 20,000.

While you can check out the new content on Epic's site, below are the 18.20 patch notes and bug fixes.
- Fixed an issue involving players not being able to use a Fishing Rod while in the passenger seat of a Motorboat or in the back of an OG Bear truck.
- Fixed an issue involving Battle Pass page unlock progress not always tracking correctly.
- Fixed an issue involving Nintendo Switch players not being heard in voice chat by players on other consoles.

Downtime
The downtime for update 18.20 started at 4am ET/9am BST. Thankfully, it only lasted for an hour this time, having lasted up to 3 hours in the past.
While there doesn't seem to be that much new content, there are of course loads of new cosmetics for you to grab.
What's next in Fortnitemares?
Week 2 in Fortnitemares will also be beginning soon and we can't wait to see what content it brings. We'll be getting a new set of tarot cards which will tease new content additions for the week.
Week one saw the addition of Rick Grimes as well as the return of Daryl Dixon and Michonne. We also got the classic Universal Monsters Frankenstein skin which has proven very popular with the community.
