Superheroes of all kinds have been making their way to the Fortnite island over the past few weeks and it Gamora from Guardians of the Galaxy is going to be next.
The skin has now been confirmed and revealed, alongside a release date.

Release Date & DC Superheroes
It's DC that's been the focus of the last few months, however. Superman is also due to come to Fortnite this week, having been revealed at the start of Season 7, and Beast Boy/characters from the Suicide Squad have been added recently, too.
Gamora will come to the Fortnite item shop on August 18 at 8pm ET, alongside Star Lord. The bundle includes Gamora’s Cloak Back Bling, Godslayer Pickaxe, and the Godslayer Glideboard.
You will also be able to take part in the Gamora Cup from August 11th, which'll allow you to earn the Gamora bundle early. You can check out all the rules and details on Epic's website.
Tease of Gamora Skin in Fortnite
You can see the original tweet below, which includes the teaser. It is saying that someone from the Fortnite island is releasing a stress signal, which Gamora has picked up.
Therefore, it'd make sense if she is on her way to the island to help push back the aliens.
This isn't the first time a character from the MCU has joined the Fortnite ranks, following Iron Man, Thanos, and loads of others.
