FM have shared the details of the fix over on Steam, with just the one major change being made at this moment in time.
- Fixed a crash affecting some users running the game in Korean
Hardly the most exciting change of the year, but an important one nonetheless (especially if you don't speak Korean!).
How to Install
You don't need to worry about manually installing the update. It will process itself the next time you look to head into Steam or FM21.
It's only a minor update so it won't take long and as always, if you're struggling to run the title post update, restarting your Steam should do the trick!
Further Updates Inbound
We're only 24 hours into FM21, but it looks as though updates are already being planned by the guys over at Sports Interactive.

"We want to take this opportunity to everyone who has taken the time to raise any issues with us directly and we'll be releasing further updates containing fixes and tweaks with the aim of making the Football Manager experience the best it possibly can be."
There are teething problems that come with the launch of any game, but it's great to see that FM have acknowledged those issues and are ready to take action as soon as possible!
