All time great
Rivaldo is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time and among the most skilful and creative players of his generation.
He was renowned for his bending free kicks, bicycle kicks, feints, powerful ball striking from distance, and ability to both score and create goals.
In 1999, the Brazilian won the Ballon d'Or and was named the FIFA World Player of the Year.
With success at club and international level, he is one of nine players to have won the FIFA World Cup, the UEFA Champions League and the Ballon d'Or.
Rivaldo in FUT
Unfortunately, Rivaldo's FUT 23 items are not the most popular among Ultimate Team players.
The World Cup winner's 87 OVR card sells for under 100,000 coins, his 90 OVR sells for 150,000 coins and his Prime 92 OVR item sells for just over 300,000 coins.
This low price is largely due to two things. First of all, Rivaldo has a two-star weak foot.
Secondly, Rivaldo's balance is atrocious for an attacking player. His Prime Icon version has 77 Balance.
These two factors create a major problem when trying to get shots off with either foot in tight spaces in the box.
However, this has now changed. EA has bumped Rivaldo's weak foot up to five stars. Unfortunately, his Balance has only been boosted slightly to 80.
