With the FIFA 22 season well underway and Ultimate Team smashing through promo events, it's time to find another way to gain rewards in the game.
There is a simple way to get tokens for free, trading them for in-game rewards, all you have to know is how to do it.
Read on to discover all the information you need about FGS Swap Tokens to make the most out of FIFA 22.
What are FGS Swaps?
FGS Swap Tokens work in a similar way to Icon Swaps, in that you gain a token as a reward to use in a specific set of SBCs, where only those tokens can be used to complete it.
The swaps are rewarded by completing tasks that take place outside of playing the game, so you will have to do some additional steps to gain them.
How to get FGS Swap Tokens
You get an FGS Swap Token by watching at least 60 minutes of the FIFA Global Series, where players who have reached the Elite Division in Division Rivals compete against each other to make it to the FIFAe Club World Cup 2022.
You watch the streams on Twitter, so to gain the tokens you will need to link your EA and Twitter accounts, which you can do by visiting ea.com/twitchlinking.
Then you go to the EA Sports Twitch channel and watch at least 60 minutes of an eligible event.
There will be five weekends during FGS Swaps Season 1 where you can gain a token, but you can only gain one token per weekend, so even if you watched more than 60 minutes of the event, you will only gain one token.
After doing this you should receive a token in-game within 24 hours.
When to Watch
It's best to keep an eye on the EA Sports FIFA Twitter account for confirmation of streaming dates, but it is expected to start on Saturday, 27 November 2021.

- Global Series Open - Wednesday, 8 December - Sunday, 12 December 2021
- Team of the Year Cup - Friday, 21 January - Sunday, 23 January 2022
- Team of the Season Cup - Friday, 29 April - Sunday, 1 May 2022
