General Tips
- Always choose the lenient option when selecting your ‘financial strictness’. This way you get 85% of the money that the board receives from outgoing transfers to spend on new players
- Use the new 'Training' feature - even if you can't be bothered to always carry out the drills, simulate 5 drills every week, it's a useful way to help your players grow outside of matches
- Remember, it's not always the wisest move to spend all your transfer budget in summer as you could need a few replacements come January, so if possible, save a few of those pennies for a rainy day!
Budget
- Transfer budget - £50.5 million
- Wage budget – £170,000 a week
What the team needs
- Right back
- Striker
- Goalkeeper
Who you should get rid of
- Javi Fuego - £6 million
Who you should buy (with the smaller budget)
- He’s still a little raw but by February/March, he should be close to the 80s and has the potential to grow to around 85-86 overall, and at £13 million, is a bargain signing.
- Valencia don’t necessarily need a new starting forward, but Origi is something of a beast with the potential to reach 86
- Valencia are in need of a 'keeper with a slight bit more potential and who’s younger than the 30-year-old Diego Alves in goal, and at £21m, you can snap up Leno, who’s one of the Bundesliga’s best keepers and has the potential to grow to 88. The next Neuer?
Who you should buy (with the larger budget)
- Not much to work with here, but he's 18, young and has bags of potential. A stash-and-dash prospect your future self will thank you for buying
