MBAPPE TIME - The French national team will shine in eFootball

The deal has been described as 'multi-year' and will see the French national team integrated into eFootball.

Konami has been promising the integration of national teams for some time, and the announcement of securing the World Cup winners will certainly create some buzz.

Naoki Morita, Konami Digital Entertainment's European President, commented:

"At KONAMI, we are ambitious in our desires to grow our partnership network and reach a global, football-loving audience. Partnering with the national association of a football-obsessed nation like France is amazing but add to that the fact that they are also a team of such significant football history and prestige – this is very significant for us.
‘The eFootball™ series continues to evolve and improve, so to welcome the French Football Federation onto this journey of setting football free is very exciting."

The French national team are the latest in a long list of sides that have signed up with eFootball, with Bayern Munich recently renewing their long-term partnership with the company.
