Yep, you read that right. Cyberpunk 2077 is no longer available from the PlayStation Store.
They are also offering full refunds to those dissatisfied with the game.

Sony Delist Cyberpunk 2077
In an unprecedented move, and following a deluge of unhappy fans attempting to play Cyberpunk 2077 on base PS4 / Xbox consoles, Sony PlayStation has decided it will delist the game from the PlayStation store.
What's more, the platform holder is also offering refunds for the game to customers who purchased the game via the console store.
Writing on Twitter the official PlayStation account linked to a new micro-site which contained the following message:
"SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, therefore we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store. SIE will also be removing Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store until further notice.
"Once we have confirmed that you purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store, we will begin processing your refund. Please note that completion of the refund may vary based on your payment method and financial institution."
It's an incredible move, one which I can't remember happening to many games in the past, not least from the AAA bracket.
From memory, the only thing that comes close is Barman Arkham Knight being removed from PC due to technical issues. But in that instance, it was the publisher who pulled the game, not the platform holder.
At present Microsoft has not said where they stand on the matter, but with a heavy marketing deal in place (you can't move for Cyberpunk TV adverts advocating for Xbox Series X right now) the process is a bit more complicated for Team Xbox.
CD Projekt Red
Following Cyberpunk's launch earlier this month, the team at CD Projekt Red apologised for the console version in a letter to fans, writing:
"...We would like to start by apologizing to you for not showing the game on base last-gen consoles before it premiered and, in consequence, not allowing you to make a more informed decision about your purchase. We should have paid more attention to making it play better on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One," the statement read.
CDPR went on to say players could request refunds for the console versions if they were dissatisfied. That being said, at the time there was no formal process to do this, at least not one that had been agreed with Sony or Microsoft.
A tweet from the official Cyberpunk 2077 account announced that "everyone who is not willing to wait for updates and wants to refund their digital copy of the game can do so", you can see the full statement below.
