Taking place at World’s Edge the event will evolve over 14 days with a new exciting twist on armour every few days or so.

Apex Legends Season 4 Extended
So with Apex Legends Season 4 extended, the question is, 'How long for?'
In the announcement from the Design Director on Apex Legends he writes that Season 4 will be extended by one week.
Players who want to grind out their Battlepasses, try to hit the next level of Ranked or just get some serious practice in before the next Season, will have until 12 May to do so!
Phase 2 Teaser
“Phase 2” of these Season 5 easter eggs dropped on 20 April.
SPEED IS OF THE ESSENCE: Notorious data miner iLootGames has already got a video up on the ‘Phase 2’ teaser
It didn’t take long for prominent Apex Legends data miner iLootGames to locate the new teaser, which took the form of an inconspicuous mobile device.
The device can be found in one of the control rooms in Sorting Factory, and it can be interacted with.

When activated, it displays a cryptic message.
“ELECTRICAL DEVICE? CHECK WITH JAIME. MORE TUNNELS… CHECK WEST HALF OF ISLAND.”
The part of the message about “more tunnels” could be foreshadowing some map changes coming to World’s Edge, specifically the “west half of the island.”
That said, this teaser might not be related to map changes at all, and instead could be an indicator for where the next easter egg will be located.
We’re just going to have to wait until 24 April to find out what the ‘Phase 3’ teaser will be!
Potential Map changes?
A combination of easter eggs found in the game and the hard work of data miners has fans reeling about possible changes to the Kings Canyon map we have all come to know so well.
IMMENSE EXPECTATIONS: Players are sure to be looking forward to another amazing season
Let's take a look at the evidence for a potential map change in Season 5.

This doesn't just add key lore to the game, but is another major teaser for Season 5 that big map changes could be coming.
There was also an interview Game Informer Issue 324, where Apex Legends general manager Dusty Welch and game director Chad Grenier spoke about the future of Respawn's game.
They said that:
"We're always bringing in stuff from the Titanfall universe. We built an awesome world in Titanfall 1 and 2...There could potentially be a pleasant surprise for Titanfall fans in Season 5."
No official announcement has been made at this point, but the hints could point at something genuinely special for the next season.
Cross-Platform Play
In a recent interview with Game Informer magazine, the idea of cross-platform play was brought up to Respawn devs, and they provided a strange response:
MIND BLOWN: Cross-play features in a ton of popular games, so is it a case of 'when', rather than 'if'?
"We are obviously big fans of playing our game — at work and in our free time — and we go home on a Friday or weekend and want to play with each other and we're on different systems."
"On a personal level, yes, we'd love to do that and party up on the weekends. I think it's an important thing to get to."
