How to Get Summer Shells in Animal Crossing New Horizons

Summer Shells will wash up on the shores of your island during the summer months, depending on where you live in the real world (June-August for Northern Hemisphere, December-February for Southern Hemisphere).

Whenever you see a Summer Shell on the shore, make sure to pick it up! They look like dark blue conch shells and will be quite obvious once you know what you are looking for.

Summer Shells can be used in a variety of recipes year-round, but can also be used to make unique items available, but only during the summertime.

You will need to find these specific summer DIY recipes before you can create these items though, and they will drop from balloons during the summer. Keep an eye out for all of them!

Below we will go through the full list of unique summer recipes you can craft for your island, and all the material you will need in order to do so!
