Apex Legends Season 15 is well underway, with the largest map we've seen to date and its native inhabitant, the new legend Catalyst. There's more coming though, as the Wintertide collection event is on its way in time for the holidays.
That hasn't stopped fans from wondering what's coming next though, for Season 16 and beyond. Various leaks have surfaced, but very little has been confirmed by Respawn. Here's everything we know so far about Jester, the potential next addition to Apex Legends.

Apex Legends Jester Release Date
As with many of the other leaks, we, unfortunately, don't have any information on Jester's release date just yet. It will of course depend on which Apex Legends Season Respawn Entertainment decides to release him with.
However, since his kit seems to sit in contrast to Vantage and Catalyst, Season 16 is definitely a possibility. If that's the case, we would likely see Jester in Apex Legends as Early as February 2023, but that remains to be seen.
Apex Legends Jester Lore
Since his inception, Jester has been somewhat shrouded in mystery. Originally intended for release in Titanfall 2, Jester was scrapped right before launch. So closely before, in fact, that there were even figurines made of the character to be sold.
Jester is a Simulacrum, much like Ash and Revenant, who share his Titanfall origins. he is based on a deceased former hero of the ICM, but he's programmed to believe he actually is the original human operative — not a clone.
The only difference is that he has no memory of human limitations. Jester now works as an independent bounty hunter, which explains why his kit is indexed into traps, and being generally sneaky.
That's all we know so far about Jester in Apex Legends, but check out our full run down of his abilities to make sure you're totally up to date.
