Xbox Series X Stock Updates

Sadly, it looks like it's going to be another day without an Xbox Series X stock drop from any major UK Retailer. StockInformer confirms that there's currently no Series X stock out there; however, more should be coming early next week.

Argos, GAME, Smyths and the official Microsoft Store are all rumoured to be getting stock over the next few days however there is no confirmation of this. Following the rise in console scalping, retailers have often opted to keep their stock levels as secret as possible and this makes drops difficult to predict.

GETTING BETTER - Stock drops are becoming more frequent and scalping is less of a threat now due to lower reselling prices

It is getting easier to get an Xbox Series X, though. If you're tired of waiting, both CEX and eBay stock second-hand consoles at inflated prices. Although, like with anything on eBay, you should make sure you're careful of what you're buying.

Free Play Days

If there's one thing Xbox fans can look forward to, it's the fact that there's almost always some sort of free game on the platform. It might not always be a game you're eager to play, but there are always a few hidden gems out there and it's always worth trying things you might not think you'll enjoy.

For now, there's only one title on Xbox's Free Play Days promotion and there's not long left to give it a go!

This weekend is the perfect time to give The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited a go as part of Xbox's Free Play Days promotion.

We're not sure what the next Free Play Days games will be but we know that Xbox Wire will be the place to look when they're announced.

Cozy Grove Is Out Now

Xbox's latest indie game, Cozy Grove, is out now from Spry Fox and it looks to be one of the best games we've seen in a long time!

" Cozy Grove is a life-sim game about camping on a haunted, ever-changing island. As a Spirit Scout, you’ll wander the island’s forest each day, finding new hidden secrets and helping soothe the local ghosts. With a little time and a lot of crafting, you’ll bring color and joy back to Cozy Grove."

Cozy grove reminds us of Animal Crossing a little bit in the way it looks, but there's no mistaking that Spry Fox's game is wonderfully unique in its' own way. What's better yet, it is actually designed for short daily gameplay which means you could find yourself visiting Cozy Grove more often than you think over the coming weeks as you start to bring life back to the island.
