The Witcher 3 is leaving Xbox Game Pass soon

Initially joining the service last summer, it has been confirmed that The Witcher 3 will be leaving Xbox Game Pass soon.

CD Projekt Red's modern classic RPG released back in 2015, truly putting the developer on the map before the release of Cyberpunk 2077, and Game Pass was a great place to try it out.

When The Witcher 3 Is Leaving Xbox Game Pass

As pointed out by Wario64 on Twitter, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is on the list of games that are leaving Xbox's premier subscription service this month.

Alongside Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night and a few other titles, The Witcher 3 is simply labeled as "leaving soon" as you can see in Wario's tweet.

Exactly when The Witcher 3 is going to leave Xbox Game Pass, we're not quite sure, but games tend to leave the service in the final week or so of a month, so you've got a few weeks to play it still.

Thankfully, it won't be long until March's new Xbox Games Pass titles are revealed, so you'll have something to replace CD Projekt Red's RPG.

If you're someone who's been playing The Witcher 3 via Game Pass Cloud for mobile, March is the last time you'll be able to play it until it's added to the service once more.

While you could still purchase the game and play it on Xbox consoles, the cloud service was the only way to do so on mobile.

Once the new Xbox Game Pass games for March are revealed, we'll let you know what is replacing The Witcher 3.
