This week's most notable absence: Nia Jax

With the constant rumors of stars being unhappy backstage and thinking about asking for a release, this week's most notable absence was Nia Jax.

According to PWInsider (by way of prowrestling.com) Nia Jax was originally slated to face Sasha Banks at TLC this Sunday, but those plans were changed, replacing her with Alicia Fox, when Jax was granted her leave of absence. Having multiple stars not happy with their position in the WWE could result in a mass exodus in the upcoming weeks, which will be problematic for the WWE.

Nia Jax could easily be booked as an unstoppable force but the only way she has been booked so far is as Alexa's best friend. Having Nia unhappy with her position in WWE could cause her to follow Neville out the door. The way the WWE is going now, they had better hope none of their top stars, like a Seth Rollins or a Baron Corbin, walk out the door. However, unlike Neville who is currently expected to negotiate his release, SI.com reports that Jax intends to return, and has leverage due to her being the cousin of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, but the timing of that potential return is still unknown.
