New Reporting System arrives in 9.2.5

Adding on to the number of new features and changes coming in 9.2.5 is an update to player reporting in-game.

Aiming to make it easier to "report disruptive or poor player behavior", Blizzard has now modernized the tab. It functions like this:

  1. Right-click the player's name in chat or another applicable area
  2. Click 'Report Player'
  3. This will open a popup allowing you to select the appropriate reason for the report as well as allow you to add additional details
  4. Click ‘report’

Additionally, Blizzard has added a Social Contract, one that upon logging into 9.2.5 for the first time will prompt players to accept before entering. The contract outlines behavior that will make the overall player experience more positive, providing an outline of behaviors that are not acceptable within the game.
