Topping off the end of the Valorant 2022 competitive season, teams are battling it out for a spot at the end of the Valorant Champions Tour. Luckily, now that so many have been knocked out, we have details on the next Masters tournament and where that will leave people going into the end of the Valorant Champions Tour. This is what you need to know.
Valorant Masters Tournament
The Valorant Masters Tournament will be concluding in Copenhagen. Taking place in July, it is building up to the Valorant Champions tournament in September.
It is set to take place between July 10th and July 24th. In it, twelve teams will be competing for VCT points, earning prizes and a spot to even more tournaments. There are still some details in the air about specific events, times and teams but we should see those in the next few weeks.
Valorant Champions Tour Details
Taking place between September 2nd and September 18th, the last leg of the Valorant Champions Tour will have sixteen teams battle it out for glory. Ten of these teams will have qualified for the championship through regular performance and six will get through via last chance qualifiers in August.
This is sure to be a huge event, having tonnes of professional players and viewers worldwide. This marks another step Valorant are taking into the competitive scene. With so many events worldwide, it seems likely this will only grow with time. As more champions get added and more teams join up, that skill ceiling will only get higher.
