Fnatic has walked out of the flames of FunPlus Phoenix unscathed. They won after three games against their rivals yesterday as they dominated the game.
FunPlus Phoenix is known for being the European title-holder after defeating G2 Esports in March during the final of the first European Challenger. With G2's incredible performances recently, that is a title to be held high. But not too high as Fnatic once again proved themselves to be worthy of their spot.
The scores ended as 15-13 on Split, 13-5 on Icebox and 15-13 on Haven.

FunPlus Phoenix's first game in Split showed exactly why they have such prestige as a team. they expertly set up their defences to protect themselves against Fnatic. Due to this mentality, they managed to hold out and win four rounds in a row.
However, go hard or go home, right? Fnatic grabbed their training and forced it into life as they upped the aggression and found some great site entries which destroyed their defences instantly.
From here is where the game became a rollercoaster for all the audience and players. IT went back and forth so many times that everyone became confused. This was until round 28 when finally, Fnatic came out victorious.

The next two games were history as Fnatic asserted dominance and walked over each of them so simply. Phoenix's dominance was nothing compared to the esports super giant that is Fnatic.
Despite the loss for FPX, they showed that they could hold their own against one of esports biggest brands. And this is something that can show how good of a team they are.
Both Fnatic and FPX have qualified for VALORANT’s next international competition in Copenhagen in less than two weeks’ time, where they will have the chance to win valuable points for the entry ticket to VCT Champions 2022.
