When is the 2022/23 FA Cup first-round draw?

The first-round draw for the 2022/23 FA Cup will take place on Sunday, October 17th after the final qualifying matches have been played.

After six rounds of qualifying are completed, 32 teams will join the 48 teams in League One and League Two in the hat for the FA Cup first-round proper draw.

Half of these teams will advance into the second round, before the Premier League and Championship teams are introduced into the mix in the third round.
