The first ties are Real Madrid vs Liverpool and Manchester City vs Borussia Dortmund.
Liverpool's clash with Los Blancos is a mouth-watering two-legged repeat of the 2018 Champions League final.
The Reds will be looking for revenge.
Latest - Varane ruled out
Real Madrid already had to deal without captain Sergio Ramos, but Zinedine Zidane is now without his other defensive lynchpin in Raphael Varane.
The official statement from Los Blancos reads: "Real Madrid C. F. informs that our player Raphaël Varane tested positive in the COVID-19 test he underwent this morning."
Real Madrid vs Liverpool Date & Kick-Off Time
All four of the quarter-final matches will be played over two legs, with each team playing one leg at home.
The first leg between Real Madrid and Liverpool will take place at the world-famous Santiago Bernabeu Stadium on Tuesday, 6 April at 3pm ET / 8pm BST.
The return leg will be played at Anfield on Wednesday, 14 April, which will also be an 3pm ET / 8pm BST kick-off.
Whichever side makes it through to the semi-finals will play Chelsea or Porto on Tuesday 27 / Wednesday, 28 April, with the second leg set to take place on Tuesday 4 / Wednesday, 5 May.

Real Madrid will need to complete a solid performance against an attacking-minded squad without key starters Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane and Dani Carvajal.
Zinedine Zidane has many options to choose from but it seems that he could go with a 3-5-2 lineup with Eder Miltao, Nacho Fernandez and Ferland Mendy as the centre-backs.
Vazquez and Marcelo would operate on the flanks as wing-backs, where they can provide defensive cover and an offensive threat.

Liverpool Predicted Starting 11

Jurgen Klopp will likely start with in-form Diogo Jota over Roberto Firmino, with Brazilian Fabinho providing defensive cover in midfield.
