EA has today released a follow up to their September note, detailing all of the key changes that are set to come to the Sims 4.
The first batch of changes will come in November, with further changes to be added in December.
Here is what we know.
October PC update heads to Consoles in November
On October 6, EA launched a PC base game update that had the primary focus of improving the issues that exist in the game with regards to darker skin tones.
The update also made minor changes to the afro and braids base game hairstyles in order to make them look more lifelike than ever before.
These changes will be brought into the console version of the Sims 4 on November 10.
Big Improvements to Skin Tones
Come December 8, Sims 4 players will have access to 100 new skins tones, as the game becomes more inclusive than ever before.
There will be a value slider for each and every skin tone which will unlock thousands of extra customisation options, with the finer details such as suntans and sunburns also improved.
Four new makeup sliders have been introduced in order to help to complement the new skin tones.
From colour to brightness to transparency to saturation, you'll be able to pick the perfect look for your Sim.
Extra Hairstyles to be added
The final appearance-based change that will be heading to the Sims in the December update is the addition of three new hairstyles.
Two children's hairstyles - the braided ponytail with baby hairs and the braided ponytail without baby hairs - are being added to the game as is the flat-top texture hairstyle.
