PUBG Mobile's next major update is on the way - despite what you might think, it's still kicking and Update 1.7 is going to offer another fantastic content update. UPDATE- Baby Shark cosmetics? We've seen it all
We don't even know if we're surprised anymore, but PUBG Mobile has a Baby Shark crossover event going on in-game right now.
If you want to play PUBG Mobile between now and November 20th, you can get your hands on a Baby Shark set and redeem Baby Shark cosmetics - Frying Pan included!
If not, you'll be pleased to know Cybers Warriors have arrived to take on the Temporal Warriors in PUBG Mobile. Update 1.7 and the next season is expected within the next two weeks.
PUBG Mobile Update 1.7 Release Date
Major PUBG Mobile updates tend to release once every two months or so. The last on, update 1.6, came to the game back at the beginning of September, so we'd expect the next right at the start of November.
While it hasn't been confirmed by the developers yet, we'd expect the PUBG Mobile Update 1.7 to release on or around November 3.
As soon as that is confirmed, we'll be sure to update you.
New Royale Pass & Season
The release of update 1.7 should also usher in the release of the next royale pass.
It's tough to know exactly what the season will be, with some people saying Season 24 and others saying Season 20, but PUBG Mobile doesn't name seasons in the same way anymore.
We should get a new royale pass at the beginning of November, though, so we'll keep you updated with everything it includes.
1.7 Patch Notes
One thing that we do know we'll get alongside the release of PUBG Mobile's 1.7 update is a new set of patch notes.
Not only will it showcase all of the new features coming to the game, but there will also be some weapon and map changes that'll freshen up the meta a little bit.
