PS5 news March 26th: Play At Home and new releases


PlayStation gamers are in for a treat today as there are many new games being released, as well as the next batch of Play At Home games being given away for free, there is something here for everyone.

Here is the latest PS5 news for March 26th.

New Play At Home Games Released

Starting today, players will be able to download 9 more games as part of Sony's Play At Home initiative.

In addition to the 9 new free games, Ratchet and Clank is still available to all players until April 1st.

Usually Sony gives games away to members of the PS Plus service, but these games are available to everyone with a PS4 or PS5.

The games that are available to download now are;

  • ABZU
  • Enter the Gungeon
  • Rez Infinite
  • Subnautica
  • The Witness
  • Astro Bot Rescue Mission
  • Moss
  • Thumper
  • Paper Beast

Horizon Zero Dawn

The final game to join the program is the smash-hit, Horizon Zero Dawn.

The PS4 blockbuster joins this grouping of jam-packed free PlayStation games, but gamers will have to wait a bit longer before they can get in on the action.

Fortunately, the window to download it for free won't be too small, as players will have from April 19 to May 14 at 8pm PT to claim their free copy of Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition on PlayStation.

Balan Wonderworld

Balan Wonderworld is a new platformer that releases today.

It is developed by developers that worked on the Sonic and Nights series and published by Square Enix.

It Takes Two

It Takes Two is a new co-op game from EA.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 Remastered

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 will also see a next-gen port released on March 26th.

First released back in September 2020, THPS 1+2 will come to the new systems with improved resolution and frame rates, putting it closer to its PC counterpart.

If you missed out on the game last year, now is a perfect time to play it, it is as good as you remember the original games being.
