Below, we've got everything you need to know about what's free this month.
Latest - Full Lineup Confirmed
PlayStation has now confirmed the full PS Plus lineup today and it matches what leaked a few days ago.
We have all the details below on when you can actually download them.
PS Plus October 2021 Reveal Time
The PS Plus October 2021 free games lineup will be revealed at 4:30pm BST on Wednesday, September 29, a longs as it follows the standard format.
PlayStation will tweet the official lineup, alongside a breakdown on the PS Blog, and we'll confirm here as soon as they do so. The leak we get into below seems pretty concrete, however, so don't expect many surprises.
Full Lineup Leaked
Just as seems to happen every month recently, the full lineup of PS Plus October 2021 games has leaked.
There were rumours flying around of Hell Let Loose being the PS5 game this month, since it releases on the same day as the free games go live, and that seems to have been confirmed.
The French site, Dealabs, has leaked the lineup once again, after previous times doing so, and have confirmed the lineup below:
- Hell Let Loose - PS5
- PGA Tour 2K21 - PS4
- Mortal Kombat X - PS4
Free Games Release Date
As for when you can actually download the PS Plus October 2021 games, you'll need to wait until October 5.
While it may take until the afternoon for Sony to update the PS Plus tab in the store, you will be able to find and download the monthly games for free by searching for them.
Do so and you should see that they're available to be downloaded for free for subscribers. There's a short crossover period every month where two month's games are free. You just have to be ready to search for them.
