The official eFootball Gameplay Trailer has just dropped at Gamescom 2021!
And it looks like Konami has implemented a revolutionary new "Duel" camera.
So, check out what the new smart camera is all about below.
New eFootball "Duel" Camera
The new “Duel” camera zooms in when the player is in a 1 vs 1 situation, for example, in the image below.
This allows the player to focus on the 1 vs 1 scenario from a closer distance, meaning you can be more precise with your movements and decision making.
New skill moves, such as body feints, will be more accurately used when the duel camera comes into play.
When the player is in a free situation, the field of view then expands, allowing the player to pick out the correct pass at the right moment, even if it's a cross-field switch!

The trailer is packed full of six minutes of content coming to the new franchise.
The video touches upon seamless restarts, which provides a more realistic feel to the game.
Brand new gameplay controls have also been added, plus overall UI improvements.
You can also see more realistic cut scenes of players lining up in the tunnel and walking out onto the field, and the new smart camera, which gives you better a better view for one-on-ones.
Konami has used the help of legendary Span and Barcelona superstars, Andres Iniesta and Gerrard Pique to fine-tune the mechanics of the game.
