Overwatch 2 Halloween: Start Date, End Date, Time, and More


Overwatch 2 had a shaky start on release with many bugs and issues to fix. However, these have been cleared up in time for Halloween.

So instead of the horror of long queue times, we are possibly now getting some new skins and a game mode.

Blizzard has now officially given a date that their Halloween event will start after months of speculation.

Of course, it's expected that the event will start around October 31, or Halloween.

So, let's take a look at the important dates for the Overwatch 2 Halloween event and what players can expect.

Overwatch 2 Halloween event start and end date

Many players thought that Halloween would not be celebrated in-game due to the closeness to its release.

However, there is an upcoming Overwatch Halloween event which is due to start soon.

Blizzard has officially confirmed that the start date of this event is October 25 2022.

The event will run for two weeks, ending on November 8 2022.

What new content is in the Halloween event?

So far, it is confirmed that there will be new skins, a new game mode and some other free content coming to the event.

A fan favourite, Junkenstein's Revenge will also be returning for a limited time.

It's a rare PvE experience where players choose select Overwatch heroes to defend a door from enemies.

With a wave-based system, it's bound to keep players happy for the time that it is available.
