It's actually happening!
A new Nintendo Direct presentation is on the way for the first time in over a year!
Over 2020, Nintendo hosted numerous Nintendo Direct Mini presentations, specifically aimed at certain titles.
However, this is the big one. This is an actual Nintendo Direct. This means expectations are high! Here's everything we know.
Nintendo announced the start time for the next Nintendo Direct presentation on their social channels and on their official website.
You can check out the Nintendo of America tweet below:
For those not running on PT or ET, this translates to a 50-ish minute presentation starting at 22:00 UTC / GMT.
What We Expect To See
In the tweet above, we get an insight into what is going to be discussed during the presentation.
Super Smash Bros Ultimate gets a name-drop, so we expect there to be a little bit of talk about new Fighters and Stages.
However, what about the rest of the games coming to Nintendo Switch in the first half of 2021?
Persona 5 Strikers is coming out on February 23rd, Bravely Default 2 on February 26th, and Sea of Solitude on March 4th. However... They don't seem like huge titles, right?
New Pokemon Snap is coming out on April 30th, so we are expecting to see more from this.
There might also be a few release dates dropped, with the hotly-anticipated Breath of the Wild 2 being the one everyone wants, but we'll have to wait and see.
