Mario Strikers is a massive classic and fan favourite game series, one that many players thought we would never see revisited again.

Thankfully, Nintendo surprised everyone by revealing Mario Strikers Battle League at Nintendo Direct!

Here's what we know about the price of the brand new Mario Strikers game.

Mario Strikers Price

Mario Strikers Battle League is available for pre order today on the Nintendo E-Shop with a price tag of $59.99.

With this release set to excite and delight fans of the classic game, we think it could be a while before we see a substantial discount on Nintendo's newest release.

The game's file size clocks in at 3GB, so you may need to clear some hard drive space before picking the game up.

The game will also be available for online and local multiplayer, but online play will require a Nintendo membership.

Gameplay & New Features

The Mario Strikers Battle League gameplay trailer shown off at Nintendo Direct included a few clips of gameplay as well as some elaboration on new changes to the game.

Customisation options, new special moves, Hyper Strikes, multiplayer options, as well as some other new features were all showcased.

The game will feature multiplayer both online and locally, allowing up to 8 players to play at the same time!
