When can I access this service?

With yesterday’s announcement of the new Ubisoft Connect platform, our minds are racing at the possibilities.

Not only will this new service provide players with cross-play capabilities, it will also enable cross-platform saving.

The service, which is free for all users, will be accessible through a mobile app, on your PC and even through the games themselves.

Both PC and console players will now be in the same global community and have access to all the same services.

According to the website, regular updates will provide you with ever-increasing way to communicate with the community.

One exciting new feature is that you will now be able to play with all your buddies regardless of their platform of choice.

The service will also provide players with ‘Smart Intel’ to help them improve, based on their previous games.

Rewards and Saving

Users who sign up to Ubisoft Connect will have access to over 1000 free rewards immediately.

These rewards will be available from a back catalogue of games.

Players will also be able to unlock anything from legendary weapons and outfits to emotes for Ubisoft’s latest game.

In addition to these exciting rewards, Ubisoft have also added yet another awesome new feature.

PLAY ANYWHERE: Ubisoft Connect can be used on multiple platforms

This is the ability to cross-save. That means that when playing the latest Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you will be able to save your progress on PC and then carry on from your Nintendo Switch.

Have you ever had to catch the bus and just REALLY don’t want to stop playing? Well, now you don’t have to.

Ubisoft have stated a release date of 29 October for Ubisoft Connect.
