WWE SmackDown Live Power Rankings: KO climbs (September 5, 2017)

See where your favourite SmackDown Live Superstars landed in the power rankings this week!

SmackDown Live gave us some meaningful progression to stories this week and was overall very solid!

NUMBER 10: NATALYA (=)

Like I said, I just can’t get invested in this feud at all. I feel terrible about it, but it is what it is.

NUMBER 9: AIDEN ENGLISH (FIRST ENTRY)

English managed to prove that he could beat Sami without the help of Owens this week. I like English, but seriously, what is going on with Sami? Poor dude.

NUMBER 8: BARON CORBIN (+3)

Corbin picked up a win over Tye Dillinger, however, Tye still will get another shot at AJ next week. Corbin has been looking fairly strong this last few weeks and I’m kind of looking forward to seeing what AJ can bring out of Corbin.

NUMBER 7: BOBBY ROODE (-2)

The Glorious one was AWOL this week. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing what he does when he comes back. Whatever it is, I’m sure it will be, GLORIOUS.

NUMBER 6: THE NEW DAY(=)

NEW DAY JOCKS, NEW DAY JOCKS, NEW DAY JOCKS. Everyone there is New Day underwear now and I don’t know where this crazy merch ride will stop, but hey I’m down for the whole ride.

NUMBER 5: KEVIN OWENS (+4)

KO was a straight up savage on the mic this week. His actions led him to have the WWE in the palm of his hand. Owens has been fantastic to watch the past few weeks and I’m eager to see him come face to face with Vince next week.

NUMBER 4: AJ STYLES (=)

The US Championship is so much better when in the hands of someone like AJ. He really makes whichever championship he holds feel important.

NUMBER 3: THE USOS (-1)

The Usos announced that next week’s championship match will be a Sin City Street Fight. I’m unsure how it differs to a regular street fight but I’m intrigued.

NUMBER 2: SHINSUKE NAKAMURA (+1)

Shinsuke has had an incredible few months. Beating both Randy Orton and John Cena clean in great matches. Now we just need to see him take that championship from Jinder.

NUMBER 1: JINDER MAHAL (=)

I’m just here waiting for Jinder to lose to Shinsuke.
