WWE have been signing up a huge number of independent wrestlers over the last few months. While this one isn’t as big as AJ Styles or Shinsuke Nakamura it’s still a very interesting name… Tommy End is coming to WWE So who is he? Well Tommy End is a 31 year old Dutch wrestler, known best for his huge amount of tattoos and vicious striking. End will bring yet more of the “strong style” feel to WWE that the likes of Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe and the New Japan imports have bought. He has extensive experience on the British and European independent scene as well as with some of the smaller American and Japanese promotions. His in-ring style takes a lot of influence from his background in martial arts and particularly kick boxing. You won’t see any flips or hurricanranas from End, but brutal kicks? He has those a plenty. Of course the main thing people struggle with going into WWE is talking on the mic. End doesn’t have a lot of experience on that side of things. And his current satanic is very unlikely to follow him to Florida, one thing that certainly will follow End is his chant. It will be fun to watch the Full Sail audience come to terms with the “Tommy! Tommy! Tommy f**kin’ End!!” chant. Personally I am very excited to see what End can bring to NXT. Far more so than I was with Tommaso Ciampa and Jonny Gargano.
