Cruiserweight Classic: Who is Noam Dar?

With WWE's Cruiserweight Classic coming soon, RealSport takes a look at one of the men involved, Noam Dar.

As we draw closer to WWE’s much anticipated “Cruiserweight Classic” we here at Real Sport are taking a look at some of the competitors that WWE have handpicked from around the world. Today the man in the spotlight is Noam Dar.

Where He Wrestles
Noam Dar, who is representing Scotland but is of both Israeli and Scottish descent, is a young up-and-comer and made his name on the British independent scene after debuting at the very young age of just 15. He’s since made British Wrestling his forte, featuring on PROGRESS Wrestling, Preston City Wrestling and Insane Championship Wrestling. He has also featured on TNA, Ring of Honour and is currently a part of WhatCulture Pro Wrestling’s roster.

Style
As with most competitors in the Cruiserweight Classic, Noam Dar has made his name all over Britain for being a technical High-Flyer, which gives him all the components to be an in-ring entertainer. Being a huge Oasis fan, his finisher is the Champagne SuperKneebar, which is sure to make any man unlucky enough to be locked into tap out within seconds.

Expectations
Noam is known very well on the independent scene for being the technical stalwart that he is, so anyone who knows this young talent will be sure to keep an eye on him for the tournament. If he digs deep, there’s no reason why he can’t get to the semi-final, but that would be where he would more than likely face Zack Sabre JR, one of the favourites in this tournament. Best of Luck, Noam.
