Changing of the guard? (Raw Preview 11/07/16)

Raw this week comes to us from Detroit, Michigan and with only one week left before the new WWE Draft, who will impress?

1. Can RuRu deal with the Woo Woo Woo? Last week could truly prove to be a career-changing week for Zack Ryder, winning the 16-man elimination match on Raw for Team USA then beating Sheamus clean on Smackdown with the Elbrow Drop, before calling out the current United States Champion Rusev for a shot as his title. Tonight, we will find out whether or not the Long-Island Iced Z has the bottle to say it to the Bulgarian Brute’s face and become the next challenger.

2. Return of the McDaddy Vince McMahon returns to Raw this Monday night, weeks after giving Stephanie and Shane dual-control of the then flagship show. Since his last appearance, the place has been run amok by former managers who think they’re viable candidates to be the new COO of Smackdown. What will the boss have to say? Will he announce the first ever COO of Smackdown, or will he discipline his two children for failing to control the show?

3. Miztery contender The Miz has been clear of any real title challenger for over a month now, but tonight we will find out who his new number one contender is, as the winner gets the privilege of competing against the Miz in a title match, which will more than likely feature at WWE Battleground.

4. Competition in the Compound Since their return, The Wyatt’s have made it clear they do not care for the New Day or their power of positivity, so they challenged them to come to their home. The New Day duly accepted this challenge and will willingly walk into the Wyatt’s compound tonight. Even Xavier Woods will attend and support his brothers, although it’s been well documented that he fears the Wyatt’s greatly.

5. Dealing with those ‘Coupla Haters last week on Raw and Smackdown, Enzo Amore and Big Cass pledged their support to John Cena and stopped the club engaging in their favourite past time, #BeatUpJohnCena. The former NXT-duo will have some stern words for The Club this week ahead of their match in two weeks’ time at Battleground. So that’s it for this week’s Raw Preview! Will the Wyatt’s overcome the New Day? And who will become the new number one contender to the Intercontinental? Read my Raw Recap first thing tomorrow morning to find out!
